COD is a payment method. COD stands for Cash on Delivery. It means you can pay for your order in cash when it’s delivered to your doorstep — no advance payment needed. Just place your order, and pay only when you receive it!

Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 10 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare and dispatch it — and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as it's on the way!

We offer a 15-day return policy on all items, so you can shop with confidence. However, please note that items priced below Rs. 1000 are not eligible for return or exchange. To initiate a return, simply contact us within 15 days of receiving your order — the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We currently offer two payment options:
COD – Pay in cash when your order arrives.
CREDIT CARD TRANSFERS – Securely pay online using your card.

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 on all orders across Pakistan.

All customers can get free shipping if they place an order above PKR 5000.

To keep your jewelry shining and beautiful for longer, please follow these precautions:

• Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, and direct sunlight
• Store in an airtight container or pouch when not in use
• Keep away from water, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  
  Proper care ensures your pieces stay fresh and long-lasting

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 pm of the next day of placing them. After that, processing begins and we may not be able to make changes.

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon!

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel with pictures, and we’ll resolve it for you.
