Return & Exchange Policy
At Janxy Jewels, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. In order to maintain fairness for both our customers and our business, we request that you carefully review the following return and exchange policies before placing an order.
Return Policy – 7 Days
Customers may request a return within seven calendar days of receiving their order. In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. The original packaging, including all tags, boxes, or pouches, must be intact and undamaged. The return request must be submitted within seven days of the delivery date.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery. Items with missing or damaged original packaging are also ineligible.
Furthermore, products that are custom-made, part of a clearance sale, or priced below Rs. 1000 cannot be returned under any circumstances. Return requests made after the seven-day window will not be considered.
Exchange Policy – 15 Days
Exchanges are available within fifteen calendar days of receiving your order. The eligibility conditions for exchanges are the same as those listed above under the return policy. The product must be in a resalable condition and fulfill all return requirements.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the item in our inventory. We do not allow exchanges for products that are part of clearance or discounted sales, custom-made or made-to-order items, or items priced below Rs. 1000.
Damaged Items
In the case of a genuinely damaged or defective item, customers must contact us within twelve hours of receiving the product. Photographic evidence of the item and its packaging must be submitted for review. If the damage is verified, we will replace the product with the exact same item. If the same item is not available, a suitable alternative or a full refund may be issued. If damage claims are made after the twelve-hour window, they will not be accepted under any circumstances, in accordance with our policies. Items claimed as damaged beyond this time are treated as standard return or exchange cases and are not eligible for special consideration. Moreover damaged items beyond the 12 hour-window cannot be returned according to our return and exchange policies.
Important Notes
Janxy Jewels reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not comply with the policies mentioned above.
Any requests made beyond the allowed timeframes—seven days for returns, fifteen days for exchanges and twelve hours for damaged items—will not be processed under any circumstances.
Return & Exchange Procedure
To maintain clarity and consistency, Janxy Jewels allows only one return or exchange request per product per customer. Whether the reason is damage or a change of mind, multiple follow-ups regarding the same item will not be entertained.

1. If You Received a Damaged Product
If your product appears damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving it, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may either use your own courier service or request our courier for pickup. The customer must initially pay the return courier charges.
After receiving and inspecting the item, one of the following outcomes will apply.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged, we will offer an exchange of the same item or, if unavailable, a different item of equal value. If an exchange is accepted, we will cover both the return and redelivery courier charges. If no exchange is accepted, we will issue a full refund of the product value and return courier cost via bank transfer.
If the product is not damaged, the same product will be returned to the customer in its original condition. No refund, exchange, or further consideration will be granted. The customer must pay for both the return and redelivery charges in this case.
2. If You Received the Wrong Product
If Janxy Jewels sends you an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange a full correction. Our courier will deliver the correct item and collect the incorrect item at the same time. The entire exchange process will be handled by us at no additional cost to the customer. No payment or effort will be required from your side.
3. If You Changed Your Mind or Want a Different Product
If you simply decide the product is not what you expected or want to exchange it for a different one, the following will apply.
For a return (no exchange), you may return the item within 7 days. You must pay the return shipping charges. A refund will be processed for the product only; courier fees are non-refundable in this case.
For an exchange, you may request an exchange within 15 days. You must pay the return shipping charges. We will cover the cost of redelivery of the exchanged item to you.
Instructions
To process a return the customer must contact us via Whatsapp. It might take 1-2 business days for a response to be generated. All applications will be considered on the time they are applied for. After that the customer may send the article back on their own behalf, in this case we will not be responsible for the courier fee. If the customer asks for our courier service, we will collect the item and the customer will not be charged initially. If the return is subject to our mistake the customer will be provided with the services mentioned above. If the customer simply has a change of mind or decides to return the product without a valid reason, the customer will be refunded the items cost with a deduction of flat 250 Rs courier charges (Restocking Fee). Refunds are not transferable through cash until or unless the customer claims it him/herself.
