4. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored. Janxy Jewels reserves the right to cancel any orders placed due to pricing errors or fraudulent activity.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are permitted within fifteen (15) calendar days under the same conditions. Items that are damaged, custom-made, clearance items, or priced below Rs. 1000 are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon inspection and approval. 7. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped through third-party courier services. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Janxy Jewels shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the courier. Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Janxy Jewels shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our products or services. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, allergic reactions, or third-party courier mishandling. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total purchase amount of the order in question.
